Philly visit

Michael and I went down to Philly on Friday to visit with friends. It was Amy's birthday so a bunch of us girls went out to dinner and a movie while the boys did their thing. It was so nice to see everyone! Amy is one of those friends who you can pick up a conversation up whenever, no matter how long it's been since you last talked. I really appreciate her friendship and it was nice to celebrate with her.

Sunday I spent the day with the Vaughn/Do family. The day began with Fiori waking me up with her cooing. She let me pick her up and cuddle with her for another hour in bed before getting up for good. It was the best! We just hung out and talked most of the day which was awesome. With Beth in North Carolina our time together has significantly decreased so days like Saturday are really special. Plus her parents are great. I enjoy visiting with them as much as anyone else in the house and as a result Michael and I left PA an hour and a half later than planned. We got home around midnight and promptly crashed. It was a whirlwind weekend and I have to do some major catch-up on homework, but the sacrifices are worth it :)
